Do I need an account to place an order?
At Via Luca, we bring ease to your shopping experience so we give you the ease of buying the product and heading straight to checkout without signing up with us, but we recommend signing up to check up on your past orders and to have address fields pre-filled when you place your order.
How do I reset my password?
Click Login on the main navigation menu at the top of the webpage. This will take you to another page where you enter in your user account’s email address and password. If you cannot remember your password or would like to make a new one, click Forgot and you will then be prompted to make a new password.
What payment methods does Via Luca accept?
You can pay for your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal or Apple Pay.
Can I place my order by phone?
If you’re having difficulties placing your order, you can reach us at email@example.com and we will gladly help you. Due to security reasons, we are unable to collect your payment information over the phone.
How can I find out my size?
Below each product description on the view pages, you will find a size chart for the item. If you have any questions regarding your size, please ask us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my custom order arrive?
Depending on the item, we anticipate up to four weeks for your delivery to arrive to you. Due to any unforeseen delay, we can’t guarantee for less than that. We will send you an estimated timeline once you place your order and we coordinate with Italy.
Can I return my custom order?
Unless an item arrives with some obvious defect, custom orders are not returnable due to the specific requirements you requested.
